These sessions designed by Jules, will give you our step-by-step approach on how to swim Front Crawl and to overcome your anxiety, frustrations and limitations allowing you to swim this stroke with confidence and ease. You'll learn about the biomechanics and physics behind how Front Crawl is swum, in  a fun and supportive environment, making the experience enjoyable and very accessible â€‹â€‹

Join our specialised sessions to enhance your Front technique and swim style. Jules will provide in-depth analysis of your stroke from multiple angles, delivering valuable insights on your performance.
