These courses have been specifically developed by Jules to provide step-by-step, simple, effective and efficient ways to encourage you to up-skill your Breaststroke to swim Front Crawl. Overcome your anxiety and the limiting factors that stop you swimming this stroke with confidence and ease. Taught in a fun, accessible, supportive and very understandable way. You should be able to put your head / face in the water.
